At WHYELUME, all products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at whyelume.com/pages/order-tracking.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at WhyeLume@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
